Industrial Nanobubble, Gas Infusion and Hydrodynamic Cavitation Systems

Global Cavitation designs and supplies advanced G-Cav™ hydrodynamic cavitation systems for industrial, commercial and environmental water applications.

At the centre of every system is the G-Cav™ multi-chamber hydrodynamic cavitation reactor: a flow-through cavitation device engineered to accelerate gas transfer, create nano-scale bubbles, improve liquid mixing and support high-efficiency oxygen, hydrogen, ozone, air or specialty gas infusion into water and other process liquids.

Rather than offering a single fixed product, Global Cavitation provides a complete product platform. The G-Cav™ technology can be supplied as a standalone inline reactor, integrated with pumps, configured as a submersible unit, paired with oxygen or hydrogen generation, delivered as a complete combination system, or engineered into modular systems for larger commercial and industrial projects.

Whether the requirement is aquaculture oxygenation, agriculture irrigation enhancement, wastewater treatment, hydroponic nutrient delivery, lake and reservoir remediation, industrial process water, or gas-infused liquid treatment, Global Cavitation can configure a system around the flow rate, gas type, operating environment and application goal.

THE G-Cav™ PLATFORM

One Core Technology. Multiple Deployment Formats.

The G-Cav™ product range is built around one central principle: controlled hydrodynamic cavitation can be used to improve how gases are transferred into liquids.

As liquid passes through the G-Cav™ reactor, the internal multi-chamber geometry creates high-energy cavitation conditions. When gas is introduced into the liquid stream, the cavitation process helps break the gas into extremely fine bubbles and distribute it through the liquid. This supports improved gas transfer, longer retention and more effective use of supplied gases.

The G-Cav™ platform is designed for practical deployment. It can be retrofitted into existing pipework, paired with pump systems, installed directly into water bodies, or supplied as part of a complete engineered package.

G-Cav™ Core Advantages

Flow-through design

The G-Cav™ is designed to operate inline with liquid flow, making it suitable for recirculation loops, water delivery lines, process systems and retrofit installations.

No moving parts inside the reactor

The reactor itself has no internal moving parts, reducing mechanical complexity and supporting low-maintenance operation.

Multi-chamber cavitation architecture

The G-Cav™ uses a multi-chamber hydrodynamic cavitation design to create intense mixing and gas dispersion as the liquid moves through the device.

Scalable configurations

Systems can be configured for small tanks, commercial farms, aquaculture facilities, wastewater treatment, industrial water systems and large-scale environmental applications.

Multiple gas options

Depending on the application, systems can be configured for oxygen, hydrogen, ozone, air, nitrogen, carbon dioxide or other suitable gases.

Retrofittable and system-ready

The technology can be installed into existing infrastructure or supplied as part of a complete turnkey product package.

Why choose the G-Cav™ Series?

The G-Cav™ Series is the most flexible starting point for customers who need the core cavitation technology without a fully packaged system. It allows engineers, operators and project partners to integrate G-Cav™ into existing infrastructure while retaining control over pumps, tanks, gas supply and system layout.

G-Cav™ Product Range

Standalone Multi-Chamber Hydrodynamic Cavitation Reactors

The G-Cav™ Series is the core product range from Global Cavitation. These standalone hydrodynamic cavitation reactors are designed for integration into new or existing water and liquid systems.

The G-Cav™ Series is suitable where a customer already has a pump, pipework, water line or process system and requires a high-performance cavitation device to improve gas infusion, liquid mixing or nanobubble generation.

The reactor can be installed inline, connected to a pump discharge, or integrated into a recirculation loop depending on the system design. Gas can be introduced upstream or at the appropriate injection point, allowing the cavitation reactor to disperse and infuse the gas into the liquid stream.

Best suited for:

  • Existing pump and pipework systems
  • Industrial water treatment lines
  • Aquaculture recirculation systems
  • Hydroponic and horticultural irrigation loops
  • Wastewater and process water systems
  • Agriculture and irrigation infrastructure
  • Custom engineering integrations
  • OEM and licensing applications

Why choose the G-Cav™ Series?

The G-Cav™ Series is the most flexible starting point for customers who need the core cavitation technology without a fully packaged system. It allows engineers, operators and project partners to integrate G-Cav™ into existing infrastructure while retaining control over pumps, tanks, gas supply and system layout.

For customers with established infrastructure, this is often the cleanest and most cost-effective pathway into the technology.

G-Cav™ PUMP COMBINATIONS

Pump-Integrated Nanobubble Gas Infusion Systems

G-Cav™ Pump Combinations pair the cavitation reactor with a pump system to create a practical, ready-to-connect gas infusion solution.

Water is drawn from a source, moved through the pump, combined with the selected gas, and then passed through the G-Cav™ reactor. As the water and gas move through the reactor, the cavitation process disperses the gas into fine bubbles and delivers gas-infused water back into the system.

This configuration is useful where the customer needs a complete pump-and-reactor arrangement rather than a standalone inline device.

Best suited for:

  • Fish tanks and aquaculture tanks
  • Hydroponic and aquaponic systems
  • Greenhouses and irrigation tanks
  • Commercial water storage tanks
  • Portable oxygenation systems
  • Small to medium-scale farms
  • Demonstration systems
  • Applications where existing pumping infrastructure is limited

Key benefits:

Simple installation
The pump and reactor are configured together, reducing the amount of external infrastructure required.

Portable or fixed deployment
Depending on the system size, pump combinations can be built as portable systems or installed as fixed equipment.

Gas flexibility
Systems can be paired with oxygen, hydrogen, air or other gas sources depending on the application.

Immediate recirculation use
Pump combinations are well suited for tank recirculation, side-stream treatment and water conditioning.

When this is the right product

Choose a G-Cav™ Pump Combination when you want the cavitation reactor and pump selected together as one working package. This is the better option when you do not want to engineer the pump selection separately or when you need a practical plug-in system for tanks, farms, aquaculture, hydroponics or pilot-scale treatment.

G-Cav™ Submersibles

Direct Infusion Systems for Tanks, Ponds and Water Bodies

The G-Cav™ Submersible range is designed for direct deployment into water bodies where an inline pipe installation is not the preferred option.

A submersible system allows the G-Cav™ technology to be placed directly into tanks, ponds, lakes, reservoirs or other liquid bodies. A submersible pump moves water through the system, gas is introduced at the intake or gas connection point, and the treated water is returned directly into the surrounding body of water.

This configuration provides a flexible pathway for applications where mobility, direct treatment or minimal infrastructure are important.

Best suited for:

  • Aquaculture ponds
  • Fish tanks and holding tanks
  • Lakes and reservoirs
  • Wastewater lagoons
  • Water storage dams
  • Temporary treatment projects
  • Environmental remediation
  • Sites without fixed pipework
  • Trial and demonstration deployments

Key benefits:

Direct placement
The system can be installed directly into the target water body.

Flexible use
Submersible units can be deployed as fixed installations or used as movable treatment systems.

Reduced infrastructure requirement
No major inline pipework modification is required for many applications.

Useful for large water volumes
Submersibles are practical for water bodies where recirculating through fixed infrastructure is difficult.

When this is the right product

Choose a G-Cav™ Submersible when the treatment target is a tank, pond, lagoon, lake or reservoir and you need direct nanobubble gas infusion without building a full inline system first.

This format is especially useful for aquaculture, wastewater lagoons, environmental water bodies and temporary treatment projects.

Hydroxygen Generators

Some deployment environments require more than a compact single-unit configuration. Larger industrial facilities, higher-throughput water systems, and broader project scopes may require modular architecture that can scale by adding capacity in a disciplined way.

Modular systems allow the G-Cav™ platform to grow from pilot to plant-scale deployment without changing the underlying technological logic.

This is strategically important in mining, oil and gas, wastewater, and larger process-water applications where throughput, redundancy, or future expansion shape the final design.

Best suited for:

  • Agriculture irrigation systems
  • Greenhouse and horticulture systems
  • Hydroponics and aquaponics
  • Aquaculture oxygenation
  • Research and pilot systems
  • Sites requiring oxygen or hydrogen generation
  • Combined gas infusion applications

PUMP COMBINATION SYSTEMS

Key benefits:

On-site gas generation
Reduces reliance on external gas cylinders or bulk gas delivery in suitable applications.

Oxygen and hydrogen options
Systems can be configured for oxygen, hydrogen or combined gas generation depending on project requirements.

Pairs with G-Cav™ reactors
Generated gas can be introduced into a G-Cav™ system for nanobubble infusion into water.

Application-specific configuration
Generator size and gas output can be matched to the treatment volume and operational objective.

When is this the right product?

Choose Hydroxygen Generators when the project requires a dedicated oxygen or hydrogen supply as part of the treatment process. These systems are particularly relevant when gas generation and nanobubble infusion need to work together as a controlled package.

Combination Systems

Integrated G-Cav™ Nanobubble Infusion with Automated Gas Production

G-Cav™ Combination Systems bring together the cavitation reactor, pump system and gas production technology into a more complete treatment package.

These systems are designed for customers who want a higher level of integration rather than buying individual components separately. Depending on the configuration, a Combination System can include water movement, gas generation, gas delivery, cavitation-based infusion and automated control.

This format is well suited to commercial agriculture, aquaculture, greenhouses, irrigation systems and industrial water treatment applications where consistent gas-infused water is required.

Best suited for:

  • Commercial farms
  • Greenhouses
  • Aquaculture facilities
  • Hydroponic operations
  • Irrigation systems
  • Water storage and delivery systems
  • Commercial oxygen/hydrogen infusion
  • Customers wanting a more complete system package

Key benefits:

Complete system architecture
The major system components are designed to work together.

Reduced installation complexity
Customers avoid having to source and integrate every component independently.

Automation-ready
Combination systems can be designed for controlled operation at the water storage or delivery line.

Gas production plus infusion
PEM-based oxygen and hydrogen generation can be paired with G-Cav™ nanobubble infusion.

When this is the right product

Choose a Combination System when you need a complete gas-infused water delivery solution rather than a standalone reactor. This is the preferred option for customers who want Global Cavitation to supply the system logic, component pairing and operating configuration.

WHY FLEXIBILITY STRENGTHENS LICENSING

A licensable platform becomes stronger when it can be adapted to different market conditions without losing technical coherence. That is exactly what the systems layer provides.

A regional partner is not limited to one sales format. They can pursue projects that suit local infrastructure, customer preferences, regulatory settings, and installation constraints while still remaining within the same platform family.

This flexibility increases the addressable market inside each territory and strengthens the quality of licensing discussions.

Match the Deployment Format

Every deployment environment is different. The strength of the G-Cav™ platform is that it can be configured to suit different hydraulic, operational, and commercial realities without losing its core technological identity.
