Licensing

Build the Cavitation Technology Business in Your Region

Global Cavitation deploys the G-Cav™ platform through exclusive regional licensing partnerships, sector-based commercial pathways, and structured deployment models designed for serious industrial markets.

This is not a narrow equipment-sales program. It is a licensing-first growth model built around multistage hydrodynamic cavitation, nanobubble generation, and high-efficiency gas infusion across multiple industries where gas-liquid-solids interaction directly affects profitability, compliance, throughput, recovery, or process stability.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Across the world, major industries still rely on process systems that waste energy, underperform under contamination, or struggle to create efficient gas-liquid-solids interaction. These limitations show up differently by sector, but the underlying inefficiency is often the same.

In wastewater, the problem appears as contaminant carryover, chemical dependence, sludge burden, and aeration cost. In aquaculture, it appears as wasteful dissolved oxygen delivery. In mining, it affects flotation, kinetics, and recovery. In agriculture, it affects biological performance and water-use efficiency. In oil and gas, it complicates produced-water treatment, separation, oxidation, and reuse.

G-Cav™ is designed to address those inefficiencies through a different engineering pathway. Instead of relying on membranes, passive aeration, or conventional gas injection logic, the platform uses vortex-induced multistage hydrodynamic cavitation to intensify gas-liquid-solids interaction and create process-active fluid conditions in demanding real-world environments.

THE GLOBAL PLATFORM MODEL

Global Cavitation is not building a traditional equipment sales company. It is deploying its technology through a global licensing platform.

Under this model, licensed partners receive exclusive rights to deploy G-Cav™ technology within defined territories, industry sectors, or a combination of both. The company provides the proprietary platform, product access, engineering alignment, and strategic direction. The partner provides market access, local credibility, business development, and deployment momentum.

This is an important distinction. A transaction model sells units. A platform model builds market position. Licensing is the mechanism that allows the platform to scale globally while remaining commercially disciplined.

WHAT LICENSED PARTNERS RECEIVE

A licensing partnership is a business-building opportunity supported by a proprietary technology platform. It is not simply access to a machine.

Licensed partners receive technology rights within the agreed territory or sector scope, access to G-Cav™ reactor systems and associated deployment pathways, engineering support for system integration, guidance on commercial fit by industry, and alignment with the broader Global Cavitation platform and technology roadmap as well as the global marketing credibility and prestige this technology represents.

This gives the partner the right to build around a differentiated industrial platform rather than compete as another undifferentiated supplier in a mature category.

INDUSTRIES AND REGIONS AVAILABLE FOR LICENSING

Licensing opportunities can be structured across major sectors including municipal wastewater, industrial wastewater, aquaculture, agriculture and irrigation, environmental remediation, mining and mineral processing, food and beverage, biogas and biofuels, and oil and gas water management.

Geographically, licenses can be structured around a single country, a regional grouping, an industry-specific territory, or a hybrid commercial scope depending on market dynamics and partner capability.

What matters is not arbitrary map carving. It is whether the licensed scope makes commercial sense, can be developed credibly, and matches the partner’s actual ability to execute.

WHY THE MODEL WORKS

Industrial technologies scale best when they are commercialised by people who understand the target market intimately. Local engineering reality matters. Buyer relationships matter. Procurement logic matters. Project delivery expectations matter.

The licensing model works because it matches the platform to the organisations best placed to build a market around it. A strong regional partner already knows how projects are won, how local decision-makers think, and what technical and commercial structure will make adoption easier.

That gives Global Cavitation a stronger growth path and gives the partner a defensible market position around a differentiated platform.

COMMERCIAL LOGIC

Licensing is not a side offer attached to a product catalogue. It is one of the main reasons the platform has global scale potential at all.

The company can scale through partners instead of building bloated direct-sales infrastructure in every market. The partner gains exclusivity and the right to develop a market without direct internal competition inside the agreed scope.

For the right operator, a license can become the foundation for a regional engineering and deployment business built around a proprietary industrial technology platform. An appreciating, value adding, profitable asset, in its own right.

Common Questions

Learn more about G-Cav™ technology and its applications.

Our licensing process is straightforward. Begin by expressing your interest, and we’ll guide you through the necessary documentation and requirements. Our team is here to assist you at every step.

The time to obtain a license depends on various factors, including your application readiness. Generally, it can take anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks. Each License is evaluated  individually. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

After licensing, we provide ongoing support to ensure successful implementation. This includes technical assistance, training, and access to our resources to help you maximize efficiency.

Yes, there may be territorial restrictions based on market regulations. It’s best to discuss your specific region with our team for clarity on any limitations. Remember – the system needs oxygen primarily – not nitrogen. Air generally consists of 21% oxygen and about 78% nitrogen so the supply gas is already limited to a great degree. Do not nanobubble infuse nitrogen into an aquatic system, the nitrogen concentration result is likely to have catastrophic results.
