Nanobubbles

Through the use of rapid, drastic pressure fluctuations due to cavities created in the hydrodynamic cavitation process, our G-CAV series is capable of creating nano-sized bubbles within a fraction of a second and can instantly infuse more than 8mg of oxygen per litre of water at over 80% gas transfer efficiency. With our technology, you can reach desired levels of dissolved oxygen or other gases in your tank much more efficiently, and ultimately reduce both the required gas supply and infusion time.

Nanobubbles can saturate a tank more effectively than larger bubbles as their smaller size allows for higher density. A larger surface area is formed with the same volume of gas and creates more opportunities for gas transfer with a body of liquid. Because they do not rise or merge due to their negative electrical charge, nanobubbles enable a dissolved gas reserve within water to form, helping maintain high concentration over long periods despite diffusive loss to atmosphere or biological use. Nanobubbles evenly occupy the whole of a water body, increasing the homogeneity of the fluid.

Gas Efficient

Our technology allows the infusion of gas at saturation level with great efficiency while storing more gas in the form of nanobubbles in a body of water or other fluid. Dissolved oxygen levels in a tank are able to remain in the ideal range for an entire day after being infused via a Global Cavitation device, even in high temperature environments of over 30 degrees Celsius.

Outstanding Saturation Potential

Infusion capabilities of below 10 nano means our devices can easily make dissolved oxygen saturation rise from 50% to over 200% in a single pass. This outstanding saturation potential is thanks to our devices’ unique, patented multi-chamber design.

Due to nanobubbles’ incredible gas transfer efficiency and ability to remain suspended in liquid, our devices are able to create a reserve of gas within the water that remains after reaching the solubility limit. This reserve is then dissolved into the water as gas is consumed, allowing for stable dissolved oxygen levels long after infusion.
